acceptable stay but some issues present
road traffic considerable noise
the breakfast offered a variety of fresh products to choose from at the buffet
the room i received was in an annex i did not expect this area suffered from considerable noise at night due to road traffic and other guests the walls seemed thin i found it difficult to sleep well

Charming Stay in a Former Palazzo
quiet location beautiful palazzo easy parking
I appreciated the hotel's quiet location a short walk from the Ponte Vecchio. The building is a beautiful, former Palazzo. It felt homey. Parking was easy in the park, though the parking was expensive.

picturesque villa savory selection
The villa is picturesque. breakfast included a nice selection of savory and sweet options. It suited my tastes. the room was not in the main villa but still very nice and spacious, though the location was a bit remote. my husband and i enjoyed the fireplace lounge. It was cozy.

superb location clean facilities well kept garden well kept pool
This hotel had a superb location. I appreciated proximity to the city center, and it was easy to walk. The hotel had clean facilities. I liked garden and pool area. They looked well kept.
The minibar did lack variety. I think it could have had a broader selection of snacks.

The pool area included a good number of sun loungers. The garden seemed clean. I noticed staff kept the area tidy. There was also a shaded area for relaxation.

The staff seemed helpful, especially with transportation. They quickly arranged for cabs when requested. I observed them assisting other guests with directions. They seemed polite and efficient.

good choice serene atmosphere signs of dampness mold smell
The breakfast has a very good choice. The reception was always available with someone ready to help and all friendly. The atmosphere was serene. It was nice and quiet.
The room we stayed in had signs of dampness. There was mold on the walls, and the room smelled like mold. The staff couldn't do anything about it.
